During the 2018 World Cup I was looking for a dessert that we would eat during the game between Switzerland and Brazil. I found a simple but totally delicious little dessert: Brigadeiros.

A big "patchke-matchke"
According to Wikipedia, the brigadeiro is a traditional Brazilian dessert, made of condensed milk, cocoa powder, butter, and chocolate sprinkles covering the outside layer.
It is quite easy to do and it can be easily prepared with the children. It is just making quite a mess.
Ingredients
For 10 people
400 ml condensed milk
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoons chocolate sprinkles
Preparation
Mix the butter and condensed milk in a small saucepan over low heat until the liquid is uniform.
Add cocoa powder and whisk well.
Heat the whole mixture on low heat so that bubbles form on the surface. It is important to stir constantly so that the cocoa does not burn.
As soon as the mixture can be easily removed from the bottom of the pot with a spoon, remove the pot from the heat and let the mixture cool down. It will become very tough and can be easily shaped.
Shape the cooled mixture into small balls and roll them in chocolate sprinkles and put them into paper moulds.
