Cooking gluten-free was actually not my original idea when I started cooking.
But since I was forced to do so because of my son's coeliac disease,
I made a virtue of a necessity; only to discover that many recipes are gluten-free anyway.
So, my recipes and ideas are for all those who have to or want to eat gluten-free
and all those who don't really care, because they just enjoy great food...
